With over 8 years of professional experience, I have established myself as a proficient Cloud Engineer, DevOps Engineer, and Site Reliability Engineer (SRE). My expertise lies in designing, implementing, and managing robust and scalable cloud-based infrastructures across Linux and Windows environments. I have managed builds and releases, automated infrastructure provisioning using Terraform and CloudFormation, and developed reference architectures for cloud security environments. Additionally, I possess a deep understanding of Agile/Scrum/DevOps methodologies and have extensive experience with CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins. I am proficient with a wide range of tools and technologies including GIT, Bitbucket, Maven, ANT, Gradle, Ansible, Puppet, Chef, Terraform, Docker, Kubernetes, ECS, and OpenShift for containerization and orchestration. My experience also extends to installation, configuration, administration, troubleshooting, tuning, security, backup, recovery, and upgrades of Linux and Windows servers in large environments.

SRE(Site Reliability Engineer)/ DevOps Engineer

Developed Bitbucket pipelines for the team, which improved deployment efficiency, and led the way in automating other important tasks. I also oversaw the successful reconstruction of pipelines using GitHub Actions to expedite workflows during the Bitbucket to GitHub conversion. These actions greatly increased productivity and streamlined workflow.

 

Work with architects, developers, QA and cloud development team to implement cloud applications and automate processes to reduce toil using DevOps automation tools. I was also involved in configuration for Web apps/Function apps, V-net integration, HCM, App Insights, Active directory, Azure Key Vault Encryption and Security on Azure.

DevOps/Site Reliability Engineer

Implemented  CI/CD pipelines on cloud-based systems, including AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes, utilizing GitHub and GitHub Actions for seamless automation.

Orchestrated project lifecycles, defining scope and timelines, and deploying AWS resources with Infrastructure as Code (IAC) using Terraform.

DevOps Engineer

Collaborated with development teams to design cloud applications, achieving a 20% increase in overall performance by optimizing configurations for programs such as Apache, Nginx, and WordPress.

Conducted regular cost and usage analysis of AWS infrastructure using tools such as AWS Cost Explorer and developed cost optimization recommendations to reduce infrastructure costs.

Site Reliability/DevOps Engineer

Collaborated with cross-functional teams to design and implement automation solutions and custom modules, resulting in a 20% increase in system efficiency and a 15% reduction in operational costs.

Installed, configured, and administered various programs, including firewalls and Apache web services, to maintain secure and efficient server operations.
